REPUBLIC OATH

OATH
I/We will abide by all rules and regulations set by the the Republic Senate, through out this forum.
I/We will heed the call to war, and will do my/our part within my/our alliance to help the Republic over come any enemy that threatens the Republic and its members.

POLICY FOR REMAINING ACTIVE IN ALLIANCE:

In-Game Play:
You should not be inactive in our alliance for a period of more then 14 Days. After before-mentioned period we will attempt to get into contact
with you for 14 Days. If we are unable to contact you you will be removed from the Alliance.

Members who are observed as to simply log on, and then off (without at least some activity) for a period of time will be considered as INACTIVE
members and therefore will be removed.

SOME TIPS:
Maturity is an attitude, not an age level!

If you have a Personal Conflict with another member, try and be reasonable about it and work it out. Contact a senior member or the Senate

if you need help. We do NOT want people blowing things up over misunderstandings and such, please be reasonable, fair and friendly.
Misunderstandings happen. If your conflict is with an Mod/HC Senate member you should contact your alliance Leader or lone-wolf representative either in-game (through PM's) or from the forum in non-public sections.

Most "annoying" people are looking for attention and/or getting others upset or angry, they seem to get personal pleasure from this,
therefore getting mad yourself and responding with anger to those people only gives them what they want. I know it's hard to ignore,
but it's the best thing you can do.

PARTICIPATION:
All members are encouraged to take an active participation within the Alliance. This includes in-game and forum participation.
Members are encouraged to provide suggestions and input; we like to hear from our members so please don’t be antisocial.


HELPING OTHERS/REQUESTING HELP:
All members are encouraged to help other members when possible. However, please do not request help excessively.
Remember that you are not the only member of the Alliance and we all have goals we are trying to achieve. Be patient when you have a question or request,
all HC/members may not be able to answer you right away.


LANGUAGE:
- Please use English at all times. We don't mind if your English is not perfect.
- Keep the following subjects to a minimum:
> Racism,
> Drugs or drug use,
> Politics,
> Religion,
> Sexism / sexist / sexual / or any discriminatory / inflammatory comments
> Swearing (Strictly Prohibited)

Senate

The Senate is made up of two members of each alliance. and two representatives of the Lone-wolf allegiance.
The alliance may choose any members to represent their alliance,but must have at least one representative seated on that alliance's HC.
The Senate votes can be questioned and asked to be reversed within 24 hours of representation.
